Scalesology documented the company's technology and entire sales order fulfillment process used to administer both large projects and e-commerce orders.  Scalesology then made specific process and technology recommendations to alleviate bottlenecks and put scaleable processes and technologies in place.  Scalesology’s recommendations included multiple options containing process enhancements, technology implementations and costs related to all options and activities.
